The Youth Apprenticeship (YA) Program
YA students earn high school credit for (paid!) job experience with local business partners. Students work in business, real estate, insurance, auto mechanics, farming, meat processing, and more.
Work Release
In some instances, students on track to graduate can gain permission to leave school early for meaningful real-world experience. Students must obtain a work permit online here (these are no longer processed at school, per state regulations).
RSD Student Aides
RCHS students on track to graduate can earn credit as student aides at RCPS and RCIS. Aides get work and classroom experience while supporting our elementary teachers and students.
