Each year, the Business & Finance Office presents the Board of Education an initial budget estimate in July, then a more detailed and accurate budget estimate early in the school year. The Board then adopts the budget during a special meeting. For more information on the school budget, please see the Annual Budget information page.
The Richland School District has made a commitment to keeping its tax rate the same through 2023 taxes (at a mill rate of $9.12 per $1,000 of property value).
