RSD Board of Education Information
The Richland School District Board of Education is made up of seven elected members responsible for oversight and governance of the Richland School District’s operations and vision for the future. The Board meets bi-monthly as a full board, as well as monthly in four sub-committees. It also conducts Special Meetings to discuss timely matters. All meetings are posted with notice.

If you would like to share feedback or a concern with the board, you are welcome to communicate with the Board via email. See the contact information below.
Public Comment
Those who wish to address the School Board at a meeting may do so during the Public Comment portion of the agenda by completing a speaker request form prior to the beginning of the meeting. Forms will be available in person. Speakers are allotted three minutes to speak and must be District residents, current District students, or the parent/legal guardian of a current student. Additional time is allotted for speakers who require verbal translation. While meetings are streamed via Zoom and viewable by the public, only in-person speakers are permitted. If you are unable to attend in-person, there are other means of outreach to the Board of Education, including email, video message, and meetings. Please see our full public comment policy here.
